Every piece of sculpture can be seen as a story

A story that is expressed through form, color, texture, layering and voids. Inspiration may come from various sources. But the end result should be organic and belong to its roots.

As an artist i look at nature, mathematics, physics, and many more abstract ideas to arrive at patterns that express themselves like a language.

This takes me on an interesting journey of discovery every time i set out to create a piece of art.

There is a die-hard engineer and a biologist within me who seeks the confluence of structure and geometry in nature, but as a sculptor i also seek to pin down elementary predispositions that every pattern or shape tends towards.
